I’m Tiara Williams — but most people just call me Tee. A Texas girl at heart, now based in Atlanta, Georgia, I’m an entrepreneur changing the game of storytelling in track and field. My mission is simple: to shift the culture and give athletes a platform to show up as their full, authentic selves.

Known for building real relationships with the athletes I work with, I create space for their stories to be seen, heard, and felt. As a broadcaster, content creator, consultant, and social media manager, I bring fresh energy and a unique vibe to sports — redefining how people connect with it, and the people who power it.

When I’m not behind the mic or camera, I’m probably somewhere hyping up Black girl excellence, deep in creative mode, or dreaming up the next big thing.
