April Update

What’s up y’all—it’s Tee! A LOT has happened in the last month, but one of the major things is my new and improved website! Hope you enjoying it so far! I plan to regularly update my content from photos, videos, blogs, etc! As I add more content, take a look at my blog for this month.

Not to start on a sour note, but you know we keep it real around here. Last month in Atlanta, I was in a bad car accident. It shook me up, but by the grace of God, I walked away without a single injury—and didn’t miss any major work events. I’m truly blessed. Life will humble you quick, but it also reminds you just how protected you are. God is good, always.

Even in the midst of that, I’ve still been trying to train and get ready for my first HYROX at the end of this month. More details on that coming soon—I’m excited (and a little nervous), but I’m ready to push myself in a whole new way.

On a brighter note, Grand Slam Track just had its first event and listen:

Jamaica showed out!

The love, the gifts, the energy…y’all really made me feel like family. It was so good meeting so many supporters who’ve been rocking with me. That support means more than you know.

The event itself? I’m giving it a strong B+. Here’s why:

1. The care for the athletes was top-tier—you could feel it.

2. They introduced some really innovative features.

3. Their ability to adjust and make changes in real time was impressive.

This league is different. It’s going to be big, and I’m so proud to be part of something that’s truly for the culture. Miami/Miramar—you’re up next!

Appreciate y’all for always tapping in. More Tee updates coming soon!
